Lemurian quartz or Lemurian seed crystal is a clear quartz from Brazil.  This is a special form of quartz that is etched with lines that are believed to hold recorded information.  Like most quartz, this silicon dioxide crystal has a Mohs hardness of 7.  It has all of the basic characteristics of a quartz wand point and some special characteristics as well
