Hand Knapped Drill Point Necklace
The center point of this 24 inch necklace is a 2.5" by 1.5" hand knapped flint drill point. It is set into a hand made copper necklace with vintage glass.
This is a modern reproduction of a traditional Native American tool. These drill points were hand chipped from local churts and mounted on a straight stick to use to drill holes in wood or softer stones and shells. The grey flint, the expertly hand worked stone, and graceful lines of this piece bring beauty to the protective and grounding effects of hand worked flint.
